WorkLighter is a one-person business, run by me, Iulius. The idea behind it is small and specific: a lot of small business owners lose hours every week to admin that AI could do in minutes, and almost nobody explains how in plain English.

That gap is the whole reason this exists. The AI writing you find online tends to be either hype or the kind of thing that assumes you already know what an API is. The person actually running a salon or a shop, who is too busy to care how the tool works and just wants to get out of the back office before 9pm, gets left out of that conversation completely.

So I built the guide I couldn't find for them. No theory. No code. Just a set of specific things you can copy, paste, and use: writing the quote, replying to the email, clearing the admin pile. Set it up once, use it every week.

That is what The Time Refund is. Ten of those setups, spread over 30 days so it never piles up on you, for £49. There is also The Prompt Vault at £19, a batch of ready-made prompts for once you have got the hang of it. Both are British, both are plain English, and both are meant to be used rather than read.

I think AI is the best time-saving tool a small business has right now. The only reason more owners aren't using it is that nobody has shown them the practical version, without the noise. That is the job I gave myself.
